Consensus branch id to sign under. Default on mainnet: the one in force at tip + 1 (branchIdForHeight) — set this when a network upgrade activates before the package learns its id. Required on testnet and regtest, whose upgrades activate at other heights.

Blocks after the next block (tip + 1) at which an unmined transaction expires (ZIP-203; default 40, the zcashd/Zebra default). 0 = never.
