One secret per source, kept by the app in secure storage (Keychain / Keystore behind biometrics). The keyring reads a secret only for the call that needs it and drops it right after; it never caches one.

Delete the secret when the source is removed. Must be idempotent: deleting an id that is not there resolves. The keyring retries a delete that failed (or was cut short) on the next load.
