THORChain’s EVM routers (depositWithExpiry), the only contracts an EVM-source swap may call and approve (scan 2026-10-27 modules, F15). Reported identically on 2026-10-28 by both default nodes (two operators) and by every October quote-matrix build. A router migration needs a release or trustedRouters; until then a quote naming another router is refused, never followed.
