A Stake instruction’s name and what it sets, or undefined when the data does not decode. The
Checked forms name accounts by position, and the program takes two layouts: the legacy one
with sysvars ([stake, clock, authority, new], [stake, rent, staker, withdrawer]) and the
current one without ([stake, authority, new], [stake, staker, withdrawer]).
