Reverse lookup for the off-ramp: resolve a catalog asset by its on-chain token
id on a chain. token is an EVM/SVM contract (case-insensitive) or the zero
address / empty string for that chain’s native asset. Providers use this to
turn an outbound (destChain, destToken) pair into their own asset notation.
