Bytes that a strict protobuf reader would not produce or that java-tron would read
differently from this codec (scan F4). The wallet refuses them rather than guess:
protobuf-java keeps only the low 32 bits of an over-long tag, so a field this codec
would call “unknown 536870916” is data to the node.
