What an off-chain “sign message” payload is, for the approval UI:

• transaction — refuse (see isSolanaTransactionPayload);
• offchain — Solana off-chain message format (header-prefixed);
• text — readable UTF-8;
• binary — anything else: allowed, but the user cannot see what it commits to.
