NATIVE_DECIMALS

const NATIVE_DECIMALS: Readonly<Record<string, number>>

Defined in: protocol-swap2-core/src/swap2/base.ts:129

Base-unit precision of a chain’s native coin — what value, eth_getBalance and a declared nativeFee are counted in. Every EVM chain the engine knows accounts for gas in 18-decimal units, Arc included: Arc’s gas token is USDC, but its native accounting is 18-decimal (“the native USDC gas token uses 18 decimals of precision, while the USDC ERC-20 interface uses 6” — docs.arc.network, gas-and-fees / contract-addresses, 2026-10-14). Arc is pinned here so the 6-decimal ERC-20 view can never leak into a ceiling: 10 USDC of fee headroom is 10 × 10^18 base units, not 10 × 10^6. A chain whose native accounting is genuinely not 18-decimal gets its own row and every cap below, declared in whole coins, scales with it.
