Wrap a signing callback (hardware wallet, Safe, MPC, backend) as a Signer.
The SDK validates the scheme against schemes, the result length, and the
signature itself against publicKey (a recoverable one must also recover to
it; a tweaked schnorr one must verify under the tweaked output key); the
callback owns everything else.
