Unlimited-approval heuristic: type(uint128).max or more, the SDK-wide threshold (core’s UNLIMITED_ALLOWANCE). Every “infinite approval” sentinel in use — uint256 (maxUint256), uint160 (Permit2), uint128 max, 2^255 — reaches it; 2^255 − 1 used to slip under the old top-bit check.
