Decode and check a built TON same-chain swap message. Throws
TonSwapPayloadError with a reason code on the first violated rule; returns
the chain facts (legs) still to be confirmed by validateTonSwapLeg.
Rules (all protocols): one route of single-protocol steps; the body’s layout is the one the quoted protocol builds; the DEX call moves exactly the quoted input; the final receiver is the destination; refunds / excesses go to the trader; the final on-chain minimum is ≥ the quote’s minOutputAmount; no referral other than the configured integrator; no trailing data.
